Life can be a series of turns and in my case it became a circle.

I was raised by a mother who loves to throw parties for her friends and family and she took me under her wing at 3 years old. I loved it and it became second nature.

As my career began I ended up working in TV and Film production. These were long hours and barely anything to show for it. I still loved it, but I felt something wasn’t genuine in my path. Through the years I started to work on events in entertainment. I planned and executed logistics for Tribeca All Access (at the Tribeca Film Festival), HBO, Joonbug, as well as many social events. This lead to working on events in different businesses and non-profits, like Burson-Marsteller, RF Binder and The Rockefeller University.

I loved working for all of these companies, but 12 years later, again I felt like something was missing. I felt this overwhelming need to show other people. Other people who are like my mom, the designated planner in her circle, what I have learned over the years so they can apply it to their own at-home events.

So talk about a full circle moment. My calling discovered me at three, but I didn’t recognize it. I went through a journey trying to figure out what I was going to be when I grew up until I realized that I have had it all along – to show people how to create an experience with their friends and family through a series of events.
